Directions

1. Frequency: Start 1–2× per week for 1 minute; increase gradually as tolerated.

3. Massage & Rinse: Gently massage for 1 minute, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
4. Follow-Up: Continue with your regular moisturizer and, if AM, sunscreen.
